01What we collect
For crypto-to-crypto swaps: we collect transaction metadata (amounts, addresses, timestamps) necessary to route the swap and provide status tracking. We do not require email, name, or government ID for swaps. Card purchases require KYC by our payment partner and that data is handled per their privacy policy.
02What we do not collect
We do not collect your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. We will never ask for them. Anyone asking for them while claiming to represent Gooo is a scammer.
03Cookies & analytics
We use minimal first-party cookies for session management and Vercel Analytics for aggregated, anonymized traffic data. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
04IP addresses & device data
Server logs retain IP addresses and basic device data for 90 days, used solely for security and fraud prevention. Aggregated data may be retained longer in anonymous form.
05Sharing with partners
Swap routing requires sharing transaction details (amounts, addresses) with our exchange partners to execute the trade. Card purchases share data with the payment partner per their privacy policy. We do not sell user data to anyone, ever.
06Legal disclosure
We may disclose information if compelled by valid legal process. Where legally possible, we will notify affected users. We publish a transparency report annually.
07Data retention
Swap transaction records are retained for 7 years where required by financial regulation. Personal data collected by card-purchase partners is retained per their policy, typically 5–7 years.
08Your rights
Subject to your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@gooocheckout.com. We respond within 30 days.
09International transfers
Gooo infrastructure is hosted globally. Data may be transferred and processed in jurisdictions outside your home country, with appropriate safeguards per applicable law.
10Changes & contact
